There was no transition to a new designer, and we were never able to address the mistakes from our install. I have called and emailed requesting an itemized receipt to prove that we were not given items we were charged for, I have not seen a response in almost a year. The drawers were supposed to be jewelry drawers and instead are solid slabs that serve zero function.
